With the same interest as for the first one, on February 1, 2024, the second module of the training for the Project Life Cycle – Implementation and Project Control was held.

The lecturer Vesna Kuzmanovikj, owner of Stratum Rid DOOEL Skopje, and the moderator Aleksandra Nacikj, clearly presented the steps, risks, and challenges in project implementation and control.

Like after the first module, the participants will receive a summary of the module, the presentation, and additional materials.

We invite you to join the final module – Project Closure, which will take place on February 8, 2024, Thursday, from 18:00 to 19:00.
