Labor force outflow – challenges

The eleventh Economic Forum covered a sensitive and always current subject for our country – dealing with the consequences related with the outflow of labor force. It was visited by many attendees from the private and governmental sector and an interesting discussion has developed for the challenges that the companies are facing in retaining the labor force, as well as possible solutions for overcoming the gap between the supply and demand. The forum speakers were a manager from the private sector, the president of the ICT Chamber MASIT, as well as a business consultant from the human resources sector.
